Thanks for the warning. their helpdesk seems to be abysmal and their billing department evil in the flesh. They should be avoided at all costs.

Right, made a bad choice. Takes a LONG time compared to other registrars.

This guys right, have had a similar experience - register your domains somewhere else - worst customer service - 24 - 48 hours to proppegate is so they can earn off their holder pages
