I have used Ipower extensively over the past 6 years and they have gone down hill the whole time. They are constantly down and very slow and when you phone their useless tech support all they say is sorry for the inconvenience. My database is off-line right now and they won't tell me why. Steer clear of Ipower.

21 July 2008. IPower hosted websites have been uinaccessible since at least 0500 20 JUL 2008 to all AT&T ISP customers. Looking at reviews on the web, IPower's reliability and customer support track records have slipped to the cellar during the last year. Moral to story: when comparing, also look at track records.

iPower's tech support sucks...their email goes down all the time and when it is up, you don't get it all anyway. I actually got a demotion because of it. If you want scripted email replies that have nothing to do with your problem, get ipower.
